A. Introduction
WNS type boiler is horizontal internal combustion triple-pass fire-tube steam boiler. It is suitable for the combustion of light diesel oil, natural gas, town gas.
This product physical design is good, thermal efficiency is high, full automatic control, safe and reliable operation, good technical performance, widely used in industrial and living steam.
B. Design reference
1.Each of the boiler pressure parts are made strength calculation according to the GB/T16508 ¡¶Shell Boiler Pressure Parts Strength Calculation¡·Standard; safety valve emission load are calculated according to the relevant chapters of¡¶Steam boiler safety technology supervision procedures¡· to ensure the safety of the boiler body.
2. Thermodynamic calculation are made according to the¡¶Standard Method For Boiler unit Thermodynamic Calculation¡·, to ensure economic operation of the boilers in the aspect of thermal efficiency and output, and to save steel as much as possible.
3. Aerodynamic calculation of the boiler are made according to ¡¶Boiler Equipment Aerodynamic Calculation Standard Method¡·. On this basis, select the appropriate air blower, to ensure the normal combustion of the boiler.
4. Design, produce and check the boiler components and parts according to professional technical standards, like¡¶Steam boiler safety technology supervision procedures¡·, TSG G0002¡¶Boiler energy-saving technical supervision management regulation¡·and JB/T1609~JB/T1625 and etc. Install the boiler according to GB50273¡¶Boiler installation project construction and acceptance specification¡·.
C. Fuel design for the boiler
This boiler is designed according to the 0# light diesel oil.
