LSSF type spiral type sand water separator is used in the sewage treatment plant sand collector, to separate the sand and water of the sand water mixture discharged by sand collector.

Construction and work process
The LSSF series sand water separator is composed of shaftless screw, lining board, U shaped groove, water box, guide plate, effluent weir and drive device.
The mixture of sand and water enters into the separator at the top, the sand and etc that with high specific gravity sediment at the bottom of the tank. After leaving the water level, the sand continues to be moved for a distance. When the sand is fully dehydrated, it is discharged to the sand barrel through sand mouth. The water is discharged through overflow mouth.
